Hi, what is the recommended cfm of this filter?

I saw someone else ask a question because they want to use this filter to build a flow hood and I was wondering what the resistance is. I need to know the resistance in order to buy the right blower motor to see how much force it will take to push air through the filter I guess..

Is this 16x19x2.2 hepa filter h13-h14 rated? I want to try and use one for diy laminar flow hood
