Oh yes, very annoying! If you don't slow down for them you'll get treated to the equivalent of a deep pothole, just backwards. I plan to buy more in the spring.

Maybe, maybe not, because they are not as big as the cement ones that the city would put in. I would not think these are big enough to really cause damage to a vehicle if they went over them at a higher speed. But some people may slow down just because it is a speed bump...??
