Can you adjust pressure to 60 psi? For house use minimum pressure should be 60 psi, so not sure how 20-40 psi will work in house? shouldn't 20-40 psi too low for house use?
This pump is shipped with a 30–50 PSI switch and cannot be directly adjusted to 60 PSI.

If yes, what is maximum pump pressure? Can failed pressure regulator be replaced at the end of its normal life? And if yes, why can a 40-6O PSI regulator not be used per Q&A answer?
This drinking-water configuration comes with a 30–50 PSI pressure regulator and does not require user adjustment; it can be used directly. The pressure regulator has a service life of approximately 100,000 cycles. A 40–60 PSI regulator cannot be used because its performance does not meet the requirements.
