User Manual is a bit confusing. Can this refrigerator/freezer be plugged in and used in a vehicle while the vehicle is in motion driving down the road (ie in back of a pick-up)? Manual says to shut down before pulling by trolley, which I'm assuming is the telescopic handle. This website description says it operates normally even when tilted up to 45 degrees. The two seem to contradict each other.

When using the trolley function, you may pass by uneven roads, so it is recommended to turn it off. Of course, you can also leave the refrigerator on.
