Perform a factory reset: Turn off the refrigerator (do not unplug it), press and hold the “Settings button” until the screen displays “E1,” release it, then immediately press and hold the “Up” and “Down” buttons simultaneously. Release them when the screen displays “888” or “-188.”

Steps for Normal App Connection
1. Download and open the app: Ensure your phone’s location services (GPS) and Bluetooth are enabled.
2. Search for devices: Open the app and tap “Search for Devices.”
Once the refrigerator is found, tap the corresponding device icon.
3. Connect: When a prompt appears on your phone, the refrigerator screen will display “AP.” Immediately press the refrigerator’s “Settings” button (once is sufficient) and wait for the connection to succeed.
