The picture shows two panels side by side at a distance of 32 inches. How much extra distance is added on the horizonal with the mounting brackets?

The product's bracket is increased by 3.23" in the horizontal direction, just to facilitate the infinite extension of the nail board. If you only buy one set of this product, or the space is limited, you can consider installing all the brackets at both ends on the back of the nail board.
