What is the outside diameter. It cannot be 5/8 inch if the inside is 1 inch.

You are consistent throughout saying the inside diameter is 1" and the outside diameter is 5/8" . That is impossible. Is this 1" pipe with an outside diameter of 1.125"? Or is it 1/2" pipe with and outside diameter of 5/8"???
