Yes, I rolled down to 3 inches with 1" by 1/8 " flat bar, you just need to keep running through.

Can you get rollers for this machine to roll 3/8 rod?
No. The machine is not big enough to roll 3/8" rod. It will roll what the rollers will fit. If you want to roll thicker stock, find a ring roller designed to roll thicker stock.
