To clean the hot dog roller: First, unplug the unit and let the rollers cool until they are slightly warm. Wipe the rollers from end to end using a soft damp cloth with mild soap. You can turn on the roller rotation switch (without heat) to easily wipe all sides. Slide out and wash the drip tray, and wipe down the glass hood and metal body. Never use abrasive scrubbers (like steel wool) and never submerge or spray the machine with water, as this will damage the motor and electrical parts.
