There is no fixed setting. You need to adjust it according to the size of your sausage. The instructions for the sausage you purchased will recommend the required temperature. The normal heating setting is mostly 150℃-170℃, and the insulation setting is 50℃-70℃ (for reference).
Note: If the front drum is used for heating and the rear drum is used for insulation, the sausage cannot be placed at the junction of the front and rear drums
