Are we able turn water off and on via phone ap -Does this device have the ability to control water pressure?
-Can this be powered by 110 plugin
-Does this device do everything that the Moen flow smart water meter does?
It can open and close the valve through the mobile phone APP, and does not have a water pressure test function. It is different from the water meter.

Is there a manual override for this? As in: if the electronics fail, can i physically move a lever or knob to shut the water off?
If you are asking whether the equipment has a manual valve closing function, this product does not have it.
