I get the suitable pipeline diameter is .71 inches but will the camera make it through 90 degree angles in 1 1/2 inch pipe

No, it can't go through 90 degree angles in 1 1/2 inch pipe. It only can work when the diameter of the pipe is larger than 10cm.
