Half of the glide strips and several of the backside friction stips have fallen off. Should I ask for a return of this item or is there a way for me to fix it reliably.

Writing this a second time as there is no indication that my first question went through properly: Half of the glide strips and several friction strips on the back side have fallen off with less that 30 mins of use. Should I request a return or is there a way for me to reattach?
