does the door itself need assembly?
Yes, the door frame and panel parts come unassembled; you need to put the door together first with included instructions.

What is the length from to of door to the top of the hardware when it is assembled? The total height is what I am asking from floor to the very top of the hardware.
The top of the door should be approximately 150 mm below the top of the pulley. The door height is 2134 mm; the total height should ideally be at least 2285 mm.
