I would like to know if I need to always clean the machine, if it comes with a refill so I can put the essence inside and if the essence can be diluted with grain alcohol for perfume.
It is recommended that you clean the machine once every three to four months. Cleaning method: pour alcohol into the bottle and let the machine atomize normally for 5-10 minutes. Essential oils do not need to be diluted.
How does the device connect to the HVAC system? Is there an installation kit for attaching it to the duct work on the supply side of the air handler, or does that need to be purchased separately? The specs and images are not clear as they say it can be connected to the HVAC but only show photos of it in a room broadcasting a scent.
