Hello, I liked your 26''-3-wheel, 7-speed, in Green color tricycle. However, I don't see states it is foldable on your selling website, I'd like if it is, or it is not. Because my mother-in-law won't use it often, most time it will be folded in the garage, so foldable is necessary for us. Also, tall as only 5' of my in-law, is the seat adjustable to lower if needed?
