This question came across and was sent to me as I own a Vevor pizza steel. I have no idea why they would send it to me. This seems like a shipping issue as it is quite heavy and possibly the shipping would be 2-3x more than the cost of the pizza plate. Therefore, my guess is it's too heavy to ship for a reasonable amount.

No, this product does not have a teflon coating. The surface is made of vegetable oil.

Yes you can. The surface of both sides are the same. I seasoned both sides with a bit of canola oil and baked it per the instructions. FYI this steel browns the bottom of my bread and pizzas about 10-15% faster than a 3/4" thick pizza stone. So your cooking time will shorten a bit.

I would think canola oil that is what I use on my cast iron pans. It is a high temp oil
