The Trailer Jack Block cannot be used with a scissor jack and has a hollow bottom area.

Vevor website says max load of 6,000lbs for 1 piece. Sounds like you could use it to increase the height of a scissor jack to change a vehicle flat tire. Was made however, to support an RV stabilizing jack. I would not get under a car supported by this plastic block and a scissor jack.
