What is the difference between these balusters and the VEVOR Deck Balusters, 16 Pack Metal Deck Spindles, 44"x0.5" Staircase Baluster with Screws? I’d also like to confirm that both these and the 16 Pack Metal Deck Spindles, 44"x0.5" have pre drilled holes at both ends of the balusters?
