Can the controller charge lithium batteries?

The rated voltage of the controller of this fan is 12V, the maximum protection voltage of the battery is 14.5V, and the lead-acid battery is used by default. If the protection voltage of the lithium battery you choose is the same, you can also use it.

It will not over charge batteries. The maximum protection voltage of the controller is 14.5V. When the battery reaches this voltage point, the controller will brake for protection and stop charging.
