Why is my ice melting so fast? Like minites after making it and how can i make ice thicker?

1. The melting speed of ice cubes depends on the ambient temperature. The machine does not have a refrigeration function. If you want to keep the ice cubes intact overnight, you can put the ice cubes in the freezer. 2. The normal ice-making time is about 10-15 minutes. The ice will thicken over time.

what it the blue light for? how do you make the ice drop when you do not want to make any more ice?

I'm not understanding. Somebody asked if you can connect a 5 gallon water jug for it to get its water from and companies response was "no" . But there is a clear picture with the 5 gallon water jug sitting on the top of the unit. So it cannot get its water from the 5 gallon water jug sitting on top of the unit? Also, is there a way to dispense water on the unit for just to get a cup of water?

The drinking bucket placed on the top of the machine can only make ice, and cannot be extracted for drinking water.
