Is this a true 12x20 or is the material measured @ 12x20 before assembly, hence it's actually a few inches shorter in both directions like most tarps ?
It's thick enough it seems, however when holding the material up to the light, to my surprise, it comes through! Had 2 this year, have to see how it winters?
