The 375 lbs/24h model produces slightly less ice than the 397 lbs/24h model.
The 397 lbs version has a small performance upgrade for higher output and steadier continuous use.
Both make the same type of snowflake ice and have very similar stainless steel designs.
The main difference is efficiency and daily production capacity, not size or basic function.
The 397 lbs model is better for heavier commercial demand.
