For this to fit under my counter I would have to remove the casters. Will this operate without issues sitting directly on the ground with no wheels/castors?

What is the height without casters. Can they be removed?

How much space needs to be left on either or both sides for ventilation if this is placed in the center of a counter workspace without the casters, instead of at the end of the counter workspace? Can the cabinets on either side be flush against the unit? Thank You.

It doesn’t matter for left and right, it is recommended to reserve 5cm at the back.

Would this work on 1 phase power? I do not have access to 3 phase in the building I am in.

It cannot use three-phase electricity, only two-phase electricity.
