Yes; it has a lithium ion mode, lead acid mode, and fixed mode. The mounting holes were the same on my model, although this may vary. The wire connections were the same as previous. The prepared ends of the converter were quite nice, and already crimped for insertion into the connectors.

Yes, it will upgrade and replace your original unit perfectly. Just be sure the switch is put in the lithium position and it will properly charge your lithium battery. The holes align perfectly. Use the original screws. Do not that there are little led lights. Of it's set in lithium more, you'll have a blue led lit.

It appears so. I have not verified that the lithium setting is appropriate for lithium batteries, but the connections and fitment is a perfect replacement. I intend to use it for lithium in a few years - trusting that the lithium setting will work appropriately.
