After the Box is plugged in for about 15 minutes it starts smoking white smoke. Any idea what the causes it?

did you hook it up to 110 power supply. My last converter I plugged it into 220 and it burnt it up and smoke.. I had to replace it be sure you know what power supply you’re plugging into
