Hello, can I use the Vevor 100 amp 110 volt to 12 vdc converter to run a Braun wheelchair lift in my garage ?

Can I use the Vevor 100 Amps 110ac to 12 VDC converter to directly power the vevor 12 V DC hydraulic pump WITHOUT using a battery
