My ice machine is on and says ice on screen. Counting down water flowing down trays. But when done. No ice is making. Compressor kicks on and runs during the time . But no ice still. What am i doing wrong???

The common reason for not making ice is that there is no water in the machine, or the water pump is clogged with scale, causing no water flow. If the sink plug is not plugged properly, it will cause no ice production. Please record a video of the operation of the ice tray in the machine and send it to us.

I have a machine that keeps displaying E2 error. I have cleaned the pump and water level float switch , I have good water pressure and good flow through the pump It will turn on and water will flow down ice cube tray. It will drop ice for a few hours then goes into E2 fault again. The water tray will be full but unit is in FAULT Is there anything else that will Cause this error ? Thanks
