I want to use this to laser engrave hats. The stand/jig to hold the hat will be at least 6 inches tall with the hat brim a few more centimeters taller. Can the laser head adjust that high? If not, is the bottom of the enclosure fixed? Or can I raise it off the table to gain the height I need?
You can raise it to the desired height, but the laser will leak out, so you’ll need to wear safety goggles to protect your eyes.
