Yes it does. It is a Heavy Duty case and NOT a cheap thin case.

Do not understand the question. If you are purchasing a fitting for the 10 ton Porta Power, I suggest you use Steel fittings.

What type of fluid or oil does this use? The one i bought leaked?

Break Fluid is Used to Refill this unit. Where is the Leak coming from? Usually if it is the cylinder Seals, they can be easily replaced or contact the Manufacturer using the Insert that came with the unit.
