If i have this one a controller and its currently off, will gas continue to flow until it sparks on again?

The gas will not continue to flow because there is a solenoid valve in the machine, which will close when the machine is turned off.

I just purchased the 2 burner CO2 emitter. I have a controlled room for growing. I wanted to know how to put the CO2 on a timer so it shut off and turns on automatically. What CO2 controllers are compatible with this system?

Would this be to big for a 6x9 room/ would it produce to much heat?

How difficult would it be to convert this to propane for convenience. Where I grow municipal gas is not available.

You need to replace the combustion head and pressure reducing valve. The standard 76# combustion head is fine.
