Does the actual solar panel have any tilt adjustment capabilities? Your ad says that this can be placed anywhere, but how accurate is that? You have to be able to maximize catching the sun's rays, by facing panels in a southerly direction, at least in my area.

There is no adjustable angle of the solar panel. The solar panel should be able to receive sufficient sunlight, and it is best to face the south.
