Will the 18” be the one to go with if my drawers are 20” deep?

For an 18-inch deep drawer, you can only choose a shorter slide rail, not a larger one.

Look up " installing Blum undermount drawer slides" on YouTube. These install exactly the same way with the same clearances. Also, you can find a PDF on the written instructions for Blum undermount slides to give you the proper dimensions.

Can i use them on 22 inch drawers?

No, not without too many modifications to make it worthwhile. Do yourself a favor and buy 22" slides for 22" drawers. Save yourself the headaches.
