Is this capable of splitting basalt rock boulders?

I am looking at this with thoughts of post hole digging. I live in a place with very heavy clay with lots of rocks. Would you recommend for this purpose? I have an auger, but because of all the rocks I learned quickly that it leads to injury faster than productivity. Thanks!!
