I have a question on the milkshake maker machine mixture what is the difference with the mechanical electronic type
The electronic motor speed does not decrease when stirring liquids. The mechanical motor speed will change. Therefore, electronically mixed drinks will be better.

Do you have to use the metal cup in order for it to work or can I use the cup we use for our icecream?
You can also use other cups. But if the size difference is too large, it cannot be placed on the cup support to drive the motor to run. It can only be activated with a pulse.

can anyone tell me what voltage this device is for, I see 2 photos of it saying completely different things 220v and the other 120v. Plug US?
The one I purchased is a 120 volt. It does not chop up or blend strawberries even after I sliced them into smaller pieces. Also it will leave a few chucks of ice cream not totally blended

Our facility uses the standard 7" length stainless steel cups. Is the spindle long enough to accept these existing cups.
Our cup is 6.8 inches and the shaft length is 6.9 inches. If you use a 7-inch cup, only a small part of it will not fit. But please also note: If you don't use our cup, you may not be able to put the cup on the cup holder/cup buckle to automatically make a milkshake.

Mostly looking to make freddo espressos with it. Does the blade crush ice and is it durable for that?
Hi, sorry I can not answer that question. I use it for making milkshakes and have never used it for frappes. I would question most likely not. I use the vevor professional blender for that. That is wonderful for frappes.
