What temperature will the sauna get to with and without pouring water on the rocks? Curious how long it takes to get to temperature too?

The function of the sauna stone is to heat it and then water it to emit water vapor. The more you water it, the higher the temperature and the more water vapor there will be. How long it takes to reach the set temperature depends on the size of the room and whether the heating measures are in place.

I have a 10-3 wire run to the location to supply the heater. Is that the specs for this unit?
