Does the plug type work with normal outlets in the US?

Can you throw water on the stone to create steam on this heater?

It takes about an hour after the sauna stone has been fully heated before watering it. A single watering should not exceed 100 ml, as the heat stored in the sauna stone during heating will evaporate instantly when water is poured in, without producing steam.
