VEVOR Sauna Heater, - Your picture show pouring water on the stones, so I just wanted to make sure that it is ok to pour water on the stones.

You can pour water onto the sauna stones to release the heat stored in them during heating, thus raising the room temperature. (It is recommended to use no more than 100 ml of purified water at a time, and to pour the water on the sauna stones only after they have been fully heated.)
