How about Cut raw meat ?

I have used this machine on raw pork chops I believe the largest thickness is 3/4". I purchased this to cut bulk lunch meat. It cut thinker slices fine but not thinner slices. The problem is the back plate moves when meat is pushed against it I'm not really happy with this machine. Read reviews carefully before purchasing.

It does very consistent fairly clean cuts. Use the nonserated blade when I do meats. One gripe is the bed and stop don't push quite deep enough to get a clean finish to cuts on soft materials, but that is a minor inconvenience.

any problems slicing bread? Other slicers include a diverter shield to assist in whole slice slicing .

When you first got your slicer did it leave marks? I got it to cut my sourdough and it left gray/black marks on the bread. I wiped the blade down too.
