If it is UL Listed it is NOT stamped nor is there a sticker anywhere on the box. Additionally nowhere in the manual that came in the unit does it say UL listed.

Sorry. There are no knock outs to bring in conduit. But the electrical enclosure box has rectangle cable holes and bottom sealing plate on bottom,can allow conduit bring in.
