Do you have this box without the bottom hole?
No, we don't have this box without the bottom hole, but it can be sealed at the bottom after installation, which is equivalent to having no bottom holes.

Could this junction box be mounted sideways so that the door flips up and still be waterproof ?

Does the box lock with a key so it cannot be opened without the key?
The box is secured by a traditional electrical enclosure latch with tee type key. Not a tumbler type lock.

Regarding 16X16X8 electrical enclosure box, what are the inside dimensions of the hole in the "Bottom Sealing Plate"? Do you have larger boxes

2MM detachable galvanized back plate can be removed and installed simply with high hardness and oxidation resistance.
Four mounting holes on the back are convenient for wall-mounting.
