Yes, the can has a rubber seal that runs around the interior of the door keeping out the water , remember that it’s only water proof when the door is fully closed and locked

There is only an inlet and outlet sealing plate in the bottom of the Steel Enclosure, but you can drill holes according to your needs.

There is an entry panel on the bottom of the box that has a removable piece of tin to drill and insert the meyers hub. This piece of tin is sealed with a foam/rubber gasket. I think it'd be water proof at first but I'm not sure how long that gasket would weather with direct exposure to the elements. The door on the box itself is considerably water tight.
