what is the smallest amount you can safely distill in this? I'd like to experiment with adding flavors to a basic alcohol but don't want to ruin a full batch if the experiment goes wrong. Basically could I put in say one gallon of 40% and some spices and pull out a small jar of a flavored spirit?
