Probably but these are definitely not the same quality as the cable ramps that are $200+ each. A fast food restaurant I know bought these and tore them up pretty fast. I use them for running cables from a stage to a mixing condole out front where they get nothing but foot traffic. Should be ok for you but not for a burger joint that has 600 cars a day driving over them.

there are molded connectors one side a male nub, other side a slot for the nubs. this locks the pieces in place. If you cut this very heavy thick plastic (which in and of itself would require major industrial cutters) the wouldn't lock. these are meant to be heavy duty so cars can even drive over it and protect the cables ... not a goo idea to try to cut.
