It probably could be bolted down, but it really isn't meant for permanent installation like that. These are constructed from molded (tough) plastic. The mounting points for bolting it down would be on an angle that has space between the ramp and the floor. No flat surfaces really to secure to the floor with screws or bolts.

I suppose you could. You'd have to drill through about a half inch of dense rubber to create holes for the bolts. How securely it stays put will depend on what you're bolting it to and what kind of bolts you're using. Good luck!

I used concrete screws and fender washers with construction adhesive. So far so good. But mine are hit at walking speed so not much force against them.
