Hello, the product comes with a wrench, which can be used for adjustment.

They can adjust up to 10mm.

I haven't installed them yet but played with the height lever. it appears that you raise the height to allow the wheels to touch the ground for moving the appliance. I suppose you could leave the height there if you want your item resting on the wheels but it seems the height adjustment lever wouldn't hold consistently or forever.

The set I received did NOT have the stepped bolt/stud like shown. Simply an M12 stud and locking nut.

Mine also came with M12 1.75 studs and locking nuts. I was hoping the smaller end would be M10 or something I could convert to what I need which is M10 1.5. Mine will likely be returned.
