Other than just saying “NO” explain why you can’t use this welder for aluminum since I purchased a “TIG” welder for welding aluminum. At least that’s what most rug welders are capable of doing!!!

This is determined by the aluminum material. When heated by direct current, it will either penetrate or not melt. If you insist on welding it, it can be welded, but it may be a bit troublesome. The best machine for welding aluminum is MIG pulse or TIG ACDC, so its aluminum welding effect will not be good, and it is not recommended for you to weld aluminum.
