I Am interested in this Deep fryer on Amazon. It has the option with oil filtration, but there are no details about that.In the description can you please let me know? Does this deep fryer have oil filtration as a feature?And can you share any information about that

This does not have an oil filter. The above description refers to an oil drain valve. After the oil is discharged through the oil valve, the oil residue can be more easily deposited at the bottom of the oil tank. This can relatively isolate some of the denser oil residue, but it does not have the function of an oil filter.

Can it fry cat fish fillets whole? Or is a sbort basket , and the fish needs to be cut up?

The basket is 7 1/2 inches Oil well is 12” on the diagonal if you don’t use the basket so obviously would need to be that size or less
