Is it possible to change the defaults so that when the fan is turned off and on at the light switch, it either remembers the previous settings or allows users to set it themselves. In other words I want the fan to always be on when the light switch is turned on, but the light to be off.
The program is designed and cannot be changed by the user

is there any way to have the fan start when the light switch is turned on, or do you always have to use the remote to turn the fan on? Ideally we want the light and fan to turn on every time and to recall the previous settings.
This model requires a remote control.
