This is a reasonably priced jack which installed easily and has worked perfectly.

I set mine at 35ft lbs, and that's eels to work ok

I just put blue lock tight on the bolts, and use round 130 Torque pounds. I don’t think there is any one torque requirement. I make it apart of my General check over before I leave the house that the bolts are tight.

There isn't a plug. It has wiring that you need to attach into the trailer wiring.

There is no plug. Just two wires. One to negative other to positive on your trailer

The plate is round. The 3 holes are drilled in a triangle to match the 3 in the tongue

Yes, my old one was round, this jack has Multiple offset holes, It should fit.
